Overview

As the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager for APAC, you will execute customer expansion, adoption, and engagement programs across the Asia Pacific region, focusing on translating global strategies into regionally relevant programs.

In Short

  • Execute customer lifecycle marketing programs for upsell, cross-sell, product adoption, and renewals.
  • Adapt global frameworks to reflect APAC market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales leaders to align programs with regional motions.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and risk signals with Customer Success and Data teams.
  • Manage APAC lifecycle campaign performance KPIs.
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and Tableau for insights.
  • Execute customer lifecycle programs from onboarding to advocacy.
  • Plan and execute APAC customer events.
  • Design and execute A/B testing for lifecycle performance.
  • Refine targeting and messaging based on insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS customer or lifecycle marketing experience.
  • Experience building targeted, behaviour-driven lifecycle programs.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable expansion and renewal impact.
  • Experience adapting global frameworks to local markets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Industry experience in IT, MSP, or cyber security.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Embody and lead in company values.
