Overview

As the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will execute customer expansion, adoption, and engagement programs across the EMEA region, focusing on translating global strategies into regionally relevant programs.

In Short

  • Execute EMEA-focused customer lifecycle marketing programs.
  • Localize global frameworks to reflect EMEA market dynamics.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales leaders.
  • Collaborate with Data teams to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Own and report on EMEA lifecycle campaign performance KPIs.
  • Leverage various tools to connect customer behavior to revenue impact.
  • Execute customer lifecycle programs from onboarding to advocacy.
  • Plan and execute EMEA customer-specific events.
  • Design and execute A/B testing to optimize lifecycle performance.
  • Continuously refine targeting and messaging based on insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS customer or lifecycle marketing experience.
  • Experience building targeted, behavior-driven lifecycle programs.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact.
  • Experience executing global frameworks within regional markets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-scaling environment.
  • Industry experience in IT, MSP, or cyber security required.
