As a Corporate Recruiter at NinjaOne, you will identify uniquely talented individuals who will contribute to our company's success by managing full cycle recruitment efforts and providing exceptional experiences.

• Build relationships with department heads and hiring managers
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process
• Partner with Global Talent Acquisition for efficient processes
• Source candidates from various platforms
• Recruit for multiple teams and locations
• Work in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions
• Conduct phone and onsite interviews
• Negotiate offers with candidates
• Other duties as needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for various roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity
• Desire to improve as a recruiter
• Goal-focused and team-oriented approach
• Experience with Jobvite or similar systems preferred
