Overview

As an Associate Solutions Engineer at NinjaOne, you will play a critical role in the customer lifecycle from early sales software trials to post-implementation, providing exceptional service and support to customers.

In Short

  • Guide customers through the implementation of the NinjaOne solution.
  • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements.
  • Partner with account management to meet existing customer needs.
  • Provide prompt and accurate follow-up to tickets and support calls.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve product issues and improve processes.
  • Create knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions.
  • Work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Berlin time.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service-related position.
  • Experience with IT software is helpful but not required.
  • Proficient in Windows and have knowledge of Linux/Mac.
  • Strong judgment and prioritization skills based on customer impact.
  • Adaptable to new technologies and embrace change.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.
  • Experience with ZenDesk or other CRM ticketing software preferred.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated.
  • Empathy, patience, and a sense of humor are essential.
