Associate Solutions Engineer - APAC - Remote

We are looking for a passionate Solutions Engineer to help our customers improve their security posture. As a Solutions Engineer at DomainTools, you will have the opportunity to work with the largest companies in the world to conceptualize and implement new and inventive ways to integrate our products and data into their workflows and systems (SIEM, TIP, SOAR technologies).

In Short

• Learn to effectively communicate DomainTools technical architecture and product capabilities.
• Provide T2/T3 technical support to customers by triaging tickets.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations remotely and occasionally on-site.
• Become an expert in the DomainTools Engage training program.
• Gain expertise in Cyber Threat Intelligence and DomainTools data.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and test new features.
• Document best practices and contribute to learning content.
• Utilize Confluence, Jira, Zendesk, and Salesforce for tracking information.
• Occasional travel may be required (~20%).

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in customer support or solutions engineering.
• Familiarity with CyberSecurity concepts.
• Ability to work independently and proactively seek knowledge.
• Experience with documentation and training.
