Overview

The Senior Director, Client Development is responsible for leading commercial renewal and expansion of established clients, focusing on account planning and sales strategy while building a strong team culture.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in CPG, consulting, or sales.
  • Experience with research techniques in relevant industries.
  • Effective senior-level communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passionate about serving a mission-driven purpose.
  • Strong awareness of market conditions and client environments.
  • Prior sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth.
  • Experience in sales team leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with NielsenIQ tools is a plus.
