Overview

The Senior Customer Associate at NIQ is responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring timely delivery of reports and databases, and enhancing customer experience through effective data management and process automation.

In Short

  • Manage 5 to 10 customers or one NIQ market.
  • Responsible for report and database management.
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports and effective change management.
  • Identify and resolve data-related queries.
  • Execute process automation using R, Python, and Excel Macros.
  • Work closely with Customer Service teams for setup and maintenance.
  • Adhere to performance KPIs for quality and accuracy.
  • Operate in a hybrid physical-virtual environment.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders.
  • Build network relationships in a multi-cultural environment.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing.
  • C1 Level proficiency in French.
  • Strong analytical skills and aptitude for data processes.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Project management aptitude.
  • Attention to detail and proactivity.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and work under pressure.
