Overview

The Sales Consultant plays a critical role for NielsenIQ’s Omni Sales Team as a key resource during sales campaigns, working closely with sales associates to sell solutions within the Omni Team, specifically NIQ Panels.

  • Build deep expertise of focused product.
  • Lead proposals and presentations to communicate solutions to clients.
  • Create customized analyses to aid in sales pitches.
  • Demonstrate NIQ solutions to clients in a live environment.
  • Determine scope and pricing scenarios for commercial packages.
  • Independently complete analyses using NielsenIQ tools.
  • Articulate the value proposition of NielsenIQ’s offerings.
  • Mentor junior associates and model leadership traits.
  • Participate in Product Leadership sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 5-8+ years of consultative selling experience.
  • Experience with NielsenIQ, Numerator, or Circana data preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations (10-15%).
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and complex challenges.
  • Strong discipline in achieving goals.
  • Familiarity with NielsenIQ tools is a plus.
