Overview

As a Director of Pre-Sales Solution Consulting, you will hire, shape, develop, and mentor the team leading the technical aspects of the sales process, working directly with prospects to understand their key business objectives, key use cases, challenges, and their architecture/ecosystem, help prospects understand the Amperity Platform - what it does, how it works, and why it is important to brands, and help prospects understand how Amperity will fit within their ecosystem to enable their key use cases.

In Short

  • Recruit, enable, coach, and lead a team of Pre-sales Solution Consultants to support Sales efforts
  • Be a consistent, empathetic, and available thought partner for your team
  • Work closely with the team to ensure each SC is setup for success
  • Co-lead the team through consistent collaboration and thought sharing
  • Continuously learn the platform capabilities and give expert guidance
  • Work closely with cross functional leaders to improve team collaboration

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years experience in Pre-Sales Solutions consulting roles
  • Minimum 5 years experience in data/technology/consulting related roles
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience leading a highly consultative group
  • Minimum 1+ years experience in marketing technology or related fields
  • Player-Coach with the ability to assist the team
  • Curious, with a growth mindset, and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to creatively explain complex concepts
  • Thought leader on effective solution selling skills
  • Experience with customer data related technology
