Client Manager - Strategic Analytics & Insights - Remote

Overview

The Client Manager will support new and existing Strategic Analytics & Insights clients to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals while proactively seeking new clients and opportunities.

In Short

• Independently sell SA&I services and assess client needs.
• Engage in business development to meet commercial targets.
• Collaborate with the Account Development team for joint business planning.
• Scope projects to meet sales targets.
• Build awareness of SA&I portfolio.
• Execute business plans and identify market opportunities.
• Prepare sales plans and manage forecasting.
• Collaborate with various departments within NielsenIQ.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in CPG/T&D Sales and Consumer research.
• Proven sales acumen.
• Experience in client servicing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of NielsenIQ products preferred.
