Overview

The Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative will support the Homescan Operations group by addressing queries from Household Panel Members and assisting with scanner operation issues.

In Short

Investigate and solve telephone and email queries from Household Panel Members.
Assist panel members with scanner operation problems.
Update all panel information as needed.
Must be located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Excellent communication skills in English and French are required.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment is necessary.
Strong customer focus and pleasant telephone manner are important.
Technical proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, is required.
