Overview

The Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representative will support the Homescan Operations group by addressing queries from Household Panel Members and assisting with scanner operation issues.

In Short

  • Investigate and solve telephone and email queries from Household Panel Members.
  • Assist panel members with scanner operation problems.
  • Update all panel information as needed.
  • Must be located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French are required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment is necessary.
  • Strong customer focus and pleasant telephone manner are important.
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, is required.
