The French Bilingual Customer Service Representative serves as the primary contact for customers, agents and clients in the US and Canada, determining appropriate actions using knowledge of products and services while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Requirements

• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to type 45 wpm and use a 10 key.
• General knowledge of Database, Internet, Spreadsheet, and Word Processing software.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
