Overview

The Associate Director, BI is an emerging leader dedicated to driving the success of their designated vertical or area within the Customer Success organization.

In Short

• Manage a team of BI professionals and foster a high-performance culture.
• Set team priorities and allocate resources with guidance from senior BI leadership.
• Work directly with clients to develop and deliver BI solutions.
• Support lead and revenue generation efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau) and BI languages (Power Query, SQL, Python).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
