Overview

As an Account Development Lead, you will play a key role in partnering with one of our client Regional CMI director, CMI Lead and Local Teams. Your mission will be to strengthen and grow strategic partnerships as a One Team by delivering services in excellence through high data quality, impactful data-driven insights and meaningful experts’ solutions.

In Short

  • Lead commercial strategy and coordinate sales activities across 25 EU Countries.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Customer Success Insight Lead to design Joint Business Plans.
  • Execute the NIQ Account Plan & sales strategies.
  • Engage at senior levels to understand client business strategies.
  • Partner with NIQ Regional Customer care and Global Ops lead.
  • Strong leadership in an international, client-facing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks.
  • Build and nurture meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Bring strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing research or FMCG environment.

Requirements

  • 10 years minimum experience in Marketing research or FMCG.
  • Minimum of 3 years in consumer panel area.
  • Effective senior level communication skills.
  • Excellent awareness of market conditions.
  • Demonstrated record of growing sales revenue.
  • Familiarity with NIQ tools a plus.
  • Project Management skills.
