Overview

Trilogy Federal is seeking a Development Lead to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in developing and deploying solutions on the Salesforce platform, focusing on collaborative and innovative approaches to meet client needs.

In Short

• Lead a team of developers for cloud application development on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ensure adherence to software quality standards and best practices.
• Optimize cloud applications for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver features within Agile sprints.
• Mentor team members on development best practices.
• Ensure compliance with VA security standards.
• Utilize tools like Jira and GitHub for project management.
• Implement secure coding practices and access controls.
• Travel occasionally to VA sites in Washington, D.C.
• Work on modernization efforts leveraging emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certifications required.
• 8+ years of experience in cloud application development.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce development and cloud integration.
• Familiarity with VA security standards and Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and VA-approved tools.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technical requirements.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
