Overview

The Technical Program Manager serves an instrumental role in delivering CXone software features to the marketplace, acting as a Scrum Master on agile development teams to drive, plan, and coordinate software development activities from concept to completion.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years in a key software development life-cycle role.
• 4+ years of Program, Project, or Product Management experience.
• 1+ year of success in defining and launching products.
• 2+ years of experience writing software specifications.
• Strong technical background in SaaS, UCaaS, and CCaaS.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
