Overview

The SLED Account Executive's primary focus is aimed at closing larger strategic business while maintaining sustained transactional sales growth with a robust pipeline of new opportunities.

In Short

  • Responsible for achieving annual sales quota and personally negotiating Enterprise-wide agreements.
  • Coordinate and lead all sales activities to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure the proposed sales and solutions capitalize on NICE CxOne's strengths.
  • Establish new strategic relationships while maintaining existing ones.
  • Develop and maintain high-level relations with ‘C’ levels.
  • Initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales experience selling multiple software products.
  • 1+ years selling Conversational AI and/or Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Previous experience in SLED, call center, software industries.
  • Superior relationship and client management skills.
  • Collaborative approach to sales.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Inherent self-sufficiency and flexibility.
