Overview

The Senior Professional Services Engineer is a customer-facing, billable position chartered with engaging customers in a consultative capacity and providing specialized expertise around NICE products in the contact center industry.

In Short

• Engage customers in a consultative capacity.
• Provide technical configuration and programming as required.

Requirements

• BS/BA in technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
• MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in both technology and analysis.
• Deep skills in business analysis and call centers.
• Experience in commanding large audiences as a trainer.
• Prior consulting experience is a plus.
