Overview

The NICE CX Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new business opportunities through professional sales skills and effective communication with prospective clients.

In Short

  • Generate new business opportunities through lead follow-up and prospecting.
  • Make calls from provided customer lists and maximize inbound opportunities.
  • Log leads and sales interactions in NICE CX contact management software.
  • Meet or exceed Lead Development quotas.
  • Maintain knowledge of NICE CX products and services.
  • Interact with assigned territory sales team.
  • Attend meetings and trainings as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 year software or telecommunications sales experience.
  • 6+ months lead generation or sales development experience.
  • Excellent questioning skills.
  • Superior verbal communication skills.
  • Self-discipline and responsible time management.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle sales process.
