Overview

As a Professional Service Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic, bright, and customer-facing team focused on the delivery and implementation of custom development / feature development for NICE Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions for Leading Financial institutions.

In Short

• Provide consultative support for NICE solutions to various clients.
• Configure, program, and model processes across different application and database environments.
• Database design, development, and maintenance.
• Oversee system development lifecycles and manage change control processes.
• Conduct business analysis and prepare cost/benefit analyses.
• Supervise junior staff during project execution.
• Implement and optimize chat and voice AI bots.
• Promote the use of AI tools across business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business field or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience in project management, solutions architecture, or digital transformation consulting.
• Knowledge of automation principles and conversational AI.
• Familiarity with the generative AI ecosystem.
• Understanding of AI/ML technical concepts.
