Overview

The Professional Services Engineer is a customer-facing, billable role responsible for delivering specialized expertise and solutions for NICE products and services, including implementing AI-driven applications for enterprise contact centers.

In Short

  • Configure and develop NICE CXone solutions.
  • Lead design and development of AI and bot applications.
  • Optimize AI bots and implement knowledge assistant engines.
  • Collaborate with project managers for project rollouts.
  • Manage system lifecycle and change control processes.
  • Provide expertise on NICE CXone digital products during consultations.
  • Conduct business analysis and design tailored solutions.
  • Mentor project teams and develop documentation.
  • Work in a hybrid model with 2 days in-office and 3 days remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in digital channels or AI software.
  • Expertise in AI and contact center technologies.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models and automation principles.
  • Strong analytical mindset and interpersonal skills.
  • Accountability and ownership in work.
  • Professional communication and demeanor.
