Overview

The Professional Services Engineer is a customer-facing, billable role responsible for delivering specialized expertise and solutions for NICE products and services, including implementing, configuring, and optimizing AI-driven applications for enterprise contact centers.

In Short

  • Configure and develop NICE CXone solutions, including AI and CRM integrations.
  • Lead design and development of AI applications aligned with customer needs.
  • Optimize and maintain AI bots and services.
  • Collaborate with project managers on end-to-end project rollouts.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during client consultations.
  • Conduct business analysis to assess user needs and design solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, with a preference for experience in AI/Bot software applications.
  • Expertise in technical configuration and programming of AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and ecosystem technologies.
  • Knowledge of contact center operations and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Early adopter of innovative technologies.
