The Sr. Manufacturing Technology Specialist oversees the operational, systematic, and personnel development of managers and supervisors across multiple manufacturing plants, focusing on Warehouse Excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience in Warehouse Distribution Management.
• Experience managing people/projects.
• Ability to travel 80% domestically and internationally.
• Preferred Master's Degree in business or related field.
• Experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and management systems.
• Experience with instructional design and eLearning.
• Competency in fostering safety and operational efficiency.
• Ability to adapt to unexpected changes.
