We are currently seeking a Senior Manufacturing Technology Engineer/Scientist to support manufacturing processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives at our Kalrez® manufacturing sites.

In Short

• Provide day-to-day manufacturing support and ensure process safety and quality.
• Develop strategies to improve manufacturing performance.
• Support capital projects and continuous improvement efforts.
• Utilize expertise to optimize processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Mentor early career engineers and lead production teams.
• Interface with commercial and quality teams on customer inquiries.
• Implement solutions for safety, yield, and reliability improvements.
• Work closely with maintenance teams for production strategy development.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures.
• Contribute to digitization and automation transformation efforts.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Rubber Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Knowledge of PSM, PHA, SAP, Six Sigma, and TEEP/OEE.
• Experience in rubber or plastics manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changes.
• Statistical analysis experience and continuous improvement certification.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex process issues.
• Strong team player with a focus on detailed execution.
