• PhD in Polymer chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Material Science required.
• Experience with adhesive formulations preferred.

• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel to the US and within Asia.

Requirements

• PhD degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with process and filler selection for adhesives.
• Familiarity with acrylic, polyurethane, epoxy, or silicone adhesives.
• Experience in formulation development and DOE.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel.
