Overview

The RD Chemist at DuPont is responsible for developing next-generation photosensitive materials and related technologies for photolithographic applications, contributing to innovations that empower the world.

In Short

• Develop next generation photosensitive materials for PCB applications.
• Explore new monomer design and polymer structures.
• Establish polymer characterization for product development.
• Coordinate pilot scale production for commercialization.
• Create relationships with internal/external groups and vendors.
• PhD in Polymer Chemistry or related field required.
• Experience in condensation polymerization and organic synthesis required.
• Independent researcher and team player.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel to the US and within Asia.

Requirements

• PhD degree in Polymer chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry.
• Experience in condensation polymerization and organic synthesis.
• Experience in design and synthesis of charged polymers is a plus.
• Experience in formulation development and DOE is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent researcher as well as team player.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel.
