We are looking for a Junior Chemist to support lab testing and quality control within a fast-paced coating's environment. Ideal for candidates looking to grow in a hands-on laboratory role.

In Short

• Join our innovative coatings team to test advanced paint and surface solutions.
• Daily focus on production batch process quality tests.
• Lead daily laboratory operations and important metrics.
• Enter formulations in AX, PV system and verify with Senior chemist.
• Control production batches to ensure product specifications are met.
• Conduct root cause analysis for registered complaints.
• Approve color matches and maintain records as per E-Convention.
• Perform calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Actively involve in quality improvement projects.
• Ensure adherence to company health, safety, and environment policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Paint Technology.
• 2 years’ experience in Quality Control Lab of a Paint Manufacturing Company.
• Knowledge of raw materials and color management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Aware of QMS (ISO 9001).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive demeanor towards work.
