In Short

• Hands-on experience in the mortgage process from start to finish.
• Assist in coordinating loan closings and preparing closing packages.
• Ensure seamless transactions for homebuyers.
• Develop skills to become a seasoned closer/funder.
• Deliver top-tier customer service.
• Hybrid role: in-office Monday through Wednesday, remote optional Thursday & Friday.
• Monitor lender wires and track signed loan documents.
• Review pre-closing documents for accuracy.
• Prepare and issue the Initial Closing Disclosure.
• Assist in resolving post-closing issues.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Stay current on federal, state, investor, and internal policies.
• Maintain transparency between teammates.
• A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1+ years of professional experience, preferably in mortgage closing/funding.
