Overview

The Project Management Support Supervisor is responsible for providing analytical support of line operations throughout Niagara’s production facilities, collaborating with technicians and vendors to improve systems and manage projects effectively.

In Short

  • Provide analytical support for line operations.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for system improvements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Lead on-site during projects, primarily annual overhauls.
  • Supervise department mechanics and coordinate with maintenance teams.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and job aids.
  • Communicate relevant information to customers and stakeholders.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license for travel purposes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2 years of experience in managing people/projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
