Overview

The Regional Parts Manager is responsible for developing and executing a cohesive regional sales strategy to achieve annual sales and profitability targets. This individual manages and grows customer accounts within their assigned U.S. region, focusing on both existing customers and new business opportunities.

  • Demonstrated success in managing regional sales accounts.
  • Strong understanding of parts and systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data for sales strategies.
  • Results-driven with a high level of initiative.
  • Comfortable working independently.
