Software Engineer II, DSP (Demand Side Platform) - Remote

Overview

The Software Engineer II will join one of the Nexxen DSP Software Development teams responsible for audience targeting, bidding, and ad serving components. You will work on systems that process billions of transactions a day, focusing on performance and scalability.

• Develop and maintain reliable, scalable, and efficient backend services using modern technologies.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code that adheres to best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of backend development experience with focus in Java, Scala, or similar language.
• A history of successfully taking ownership of features and delivering end-to-end projects.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing challenges.
• Hands-on experience building data-intensive systems.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with real-time streaming technologies like Kafka.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
