Overview

The National Client Success Manager serves as the primary relationship manager between our top National accounts and our internal stakeholders, focusing on client loyalty and long-term relationship building.

In Short

  • Own overall relationship with multiple accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technology developments.
  • Collaborate with technical support and product management teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients on data and metric goals.
  • Provide proactive client engagement and updates.
  • Maintain client renewal rates and manage exit strategies.
  • Mentor junior Client Success Managers.
  • Identify sales opportunities within existing clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Monitor account information for accuracy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5+ years of client success/account management experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and influence behavior.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong judgment and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
