Overview

The Compensation and Payroll Analyst will play a vital role in managing and designing compensation plans and policies to support Nextech's overall compensation strategy while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

• Key contributor to the People and Culture team.
• Responsible for payroll audits and processing using ADP.
• Support the development of compensation strategies and programs.
• Conduct pay equity reviews and compliance checks.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in compensation, payroll, or HR analytics.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing for large employee bases.
• Proficient in ADP HRIS and advanced Excel functionalities.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to deliver accurate reports and maintain data integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High ethical standards and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
