Overview

The Project Manager – Client Experience plays a critical role in driving initiatives that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, partnering with various teams within the Client Experience organization.

In Short

  • Lead cross-functional Customer Experience initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
  • Track key success metrics and analyze project performance.
  • Partner with teams to optimize client onboarding and support processes.
  • Analyze customer feedback to implement solutions.
  • Utilize project management tools to streamline workflows.
  • Create executive-level reports on project outcomes.
  • Communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in SaaS or healthtech.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Asana or Jira.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
