Overview

The Finance Manager – Payments Business Partner at Nextech will play a critical role in enhancing financial performance and operational efficiency within the Payments business, leveraging expertise in finance, data analysis, and payments.

• Serve as the primary finance contact for the payments business.
• Translate complex business questions into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze payment flows and transaction volumes.
• Support pricing and monetization strategies for payment products.
• Collaborate with multiple departments including Sales and Product.
• Build and maintain cohort analyses to inform growth targets.
• Own the Payments KPI architecture and reporting roadmap.
• Drive a rigorous operating cadence for Payments performance.
• Support executive materials with clarity and defensible numbers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in finance or analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and unit economics.
• Experience with payment processing platforms, preferably Stripe.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
