Overview

As Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner you will support Studio Leadership, playing a pivotal role in driving financial performance, providing key insights and supporting business decisions.

In Short

• Lead FP&A processes for Studios including budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage Performance Management process for Production Heads.
• Act as advisor to the Head of Production.
• Collaborate with Revenue Forecasting team.
• Work with Value Optimization team on operational efficiency.
• Own and maintain title Opex Trackers.
• Manage planning and execution of capitalisation of title development cost.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting performance.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of finance planning and analysis experience.
• Experience in the gaming industry.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Ability to perform complex financial analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
