Nextech is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist who will optimize and enhance our systems, data, and processes that enable marketing and sales to operate more effectively.

• Support the Marketing Operations Manager in managing the marketing operations tech stack.
• Partner with various teams to launch successful campaigns and product communications.
• Ensure marketing database accuracy and maintain data hygiene.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or related fields.
• Expert-level experience in HubSpot and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Experience in testing, tracking, and reporting performance metrics.
• Strong understanding of email marketing and data management.
• Strategic thinker with strong project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
