Overview

As the Senior Marketing Operations Specialist at Jellyfish, you will play a crucial role in the Revenue Marketing team managing all aspects of campaign asset production, tool & process optimization, and data & reporting support.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns including email, landing pages, and webinars.
• Take ownership of Inbound lead models and flows, optimizing for highest impact.
• Share campaign performance insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
• Maintain the MarTech stack, particularly Marketo, with regular updates.
• Ensure compliance with marketing regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to tools and reporting.
• 3+ years of MOPs experience in B2B SaaS, preferably for post Series B companies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive solutions proactively.
• Highly collaborative and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious about evolving MOPs landscape, especially new AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of MOPs experience in B2B SaaS.
• Technical expertise in Marketo and Salesforce.
• Experience with marketing & sales tools like Bizible, ZoomInfo, Asana, & LeanData.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on optimization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about new AI capabilities in MOPs.
