Overview

Talkiatry is looking for a forward-thinking Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to lead the strategic evolution of our lifecycle marketing operations and data infrastructure. You’ll play a pivotal role in building intelligent, scalable data systems that ensure patients receive personalized, timely, and impactful communication across every step of their healthcare journey.

In Short

  • Drive and evolve the marketing automation infrastructure to ensure scalability, efficiency, and AI integration across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Own overall oversight and monitoring of lifecycle programs to ensure consistent and efficient deliverability across channels including email, SMS and push marketing.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Growth, Product, Data, and Engineering teams to conceptualize and execute highly personalized, multi-step engagement campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign operations, including resource planning, timeline management, QA, and stakeholder communication for seamless execution.
  • Identify and incorporate emergent AI related tools and platforms into workflows to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Serve as the internal platform expert on marketing tools such as Iterable, Mailgun, Twilio and more.
  • Design and implement sophisticated experimentation frameworks, including AI-powered A/B tests and multi-variant testing.
  • Establish and document scalable operational processes, integrating performance dashboards and campaign analytics.
  • Drive innovation in lifecycle marketing by exploring new channels and enhancing the user journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or relevant experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing/campaign operations or similar roles.
  • Deep expertise across full lifecycle campaign development.
  • Proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, HubSpot).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and comfort working with customer data platforms.
  • Experience applying AI/ML models in lifecycle marketing.
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and strategies.
  • Strong ability to problem solve with an eye for detail.
  • Passionate about improving the digital experience for patients.
