Overview

Newsweek is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will act as the main contact for our United States customers, ensuring smooth campaign execution, maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to Newsweek’s direct revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of campaign management and customer support.

In Short

  • Work closely with the Pre-Sales team on proposal recommendations.
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitors.
  • Advise on all sales efforts and proposals.
  • Ensure all opportunities in HubSpot are up to date.
  • Manage and coordinate the launch of campaigns.
  • Own all day-to-day communication with customers post closed won.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign insights.
  • Assist sellers in renewal conversations.
  • Coordinate final month-end reports with Ad Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years in account management or customer success.
  • Proven track record of managing and launching successful campaigns.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
