NewRocket is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer to support our Managed Services team, helping clients achieve their goals through innovative solutions and ServiceNow expertise.

• Participate in user acceptance testing and remediation of production incidents.

• Collaborate with technical SMEs for service mapping.
• Gather requirements and scope features/enhancements.
• Provide on-call support as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ITSM, CSM, SPM, and ITOM capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and business analysis skills.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (SSO, SAML, REST, etc.).
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Application Developer Certification preferred.
• Ability to learn new technical information independently.
• Swift action and analysis of customer issues.
• Ability to provide architectural blueprints for implementations.
