Overview

NewRocket is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer with SPM experience to lead a team in developing professional services for customers, implementing customizations based on technical requirements.

In Short

• Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules.
• Configure integrations using REST/SOAP web services.
• Guide customers through technical solutions to their business requirements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and promote updates across environments.
• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
• Remediate production incidents related to the scope.
• Work with technical SMEs to ensure consistent approaches.
• Provide support and guidance for achieving ServiceNow certifications.
• Engage with end-users and stakeholders to gather system requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and development.
• Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Knowledge of Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST).
• Understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and related processes.
• Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation.
• Experience in scripting within ServiceNow.
• Education in Computer Science or related field.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing education and certifications.
• Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow CSA and CAD.
