Overview

NewRocket is looking for a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer with ITSM/CSM experience to lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers, providing development of project professional services for customers.

In Short

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers.
• Customize and develop ServiceNow applications for ITSM/CSM solutions.
• Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other applications.
• Guide customers through understanding technical solutions.
• Participate in user acceptance testing.
• Remediate production incidents related to the scope.
• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
• Provide support and guidance for ServiceNow training.
• Implement customizations based on business requirements.
• Work with technical SMEs to gather necessary information.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and development.
• Experience with integrations using SOAP and REST.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and CMDB processes.
• Ability to create technical design and user documentation.
• Experience with data extraction technologies.
• Strong understanding of ITSM/CSM processes.
• Education in Computer Science or related field.
• Willingness to pursue further ServiceNow certifications.
• Preferred ITIL Foundation certification.
• Preferred ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications.
