They are hiring a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer with ITSM & ITOM & B2B Integrations experience to lead a team of Software Engineers.

In Short

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Software Engineers.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications.
• Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other applications.
• Strong experience with ITSM, B2B Integrations, and ITOM processes.
• Interface with end-users and IT teams to gather systems requirements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing of service maps and event management work.
• Remediate production incidents related to the scope.
• Maintain operational documentation and SOPs.
• Provide support and guidance for project success.
• Achieve multiple ServiceNow certifications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation, administration, and development.
• Experience with integration between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Knowledge of Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST).
• Proven experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITSM, and Service Catalog.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting.
• Ability to create technical design documents and user documentation.
• Four-year undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
