Overview

NewRocket is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in ITOM and ITAM to lead and mentor a team, driving the development of professional services for customers using ServiceNow.

• Lead and mentor a team of Software Engineers.

• Promote updates and data across ServiceNow environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow in ITOM and ITAM.
• Expertise in ITAM programs and ServiceNow ITAM products.
• Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST).
• Knowledge of Data Extraction Technologies (JDBC, ODBC).
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery implementations.
• Understanding of ServiceNow scripting and APIs.
• Ability to create technical design documents.
