Overview

The Customer Success Manager will support customers in onboarding and effectively using our AI platform, collaborating closely with product development and management.

In Short

• Onboard new customers and guide them in using our application.
• Create onboarding materials and templates for self-service support.
• Collect and relay customer feedback for platform improvement.
• Build and optimize internal workflows for customer support.
• Develop product understanding among customers by translating technical features.

• Ensure sustainable account management focusing on usage and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience with SaaS or software products, ideally in Customer Success or Technical Onboarding roles.
• Technical understanding to grasp new tools and explain functionalities clearly.
• Affinity for AI, with experience in prompting being advantageous.
• Strong product understanding to assist customers in contextualizing our solutions.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and proactive work style.
• Comfortable in dynamic environments with evolving processes.
• Fluent in German at a native level.
