Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Director who can strategically lead and operationally implement our marketing efforts, playing a crucial role in driving growth within a dynamic digital environment.

In Short

• Consolidate and manage existing external service providers.
• Coordinate remaining partners, such as performance marketing agencies.
• Independently execute operational marketing tasks.
• Build solid, scalable marketing processes.
• Optimize and develop existing tracking structures.
• Create ads (including video editing), newsletters, editorial plans, and content for all relevant platforms.
• Work closely with management.
• Plan and build an internal marketing team.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in online marketing, ideally in the coaching or online business world.
• High level of responsibility, a doer mentality, and willingness to get hands-on.
• Solid knowledge in social media marketing (organic and paid), performance marketing, and funnel logic.
• Proficient use of content creation, email marketing, analysis, and ad management tools.
• Structured, data-driven, and goal-oriented working style.
• Fluent in German at a native level.
• Residence in Germany or Austria.
