Overview

As an AWS Technical Architect at NeuraFlash, you will be part of a team redefining business through AI and innovative technologies. Your role will involve ensuring customer success with Amazon Connect solutions, conducting technology assessments, and leading architectural discussions to enhance customer experiences.

• Ensure customer success with Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct technology assessments for CCaaS AWS Connect Platform.
• Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer needs.
• Educate customers on AWS value propositions.
• Lead discovery sessions and ROI estimations.
• Translate customer requirements into contact center designs.
• Oversee and mentor technical teams.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.

• Deliver end-user training and documentation.

Requirements

• Customer-facing contact center experience.
• Experience with WFM, CRM, and contact center integrations.
• Familiarity with WebRTC and SIP protocols.
• Hands-on scripting experience (Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• API integration experience.
• Knowledge of Cloudformation and AWS services.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (CDK, Terraform).
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator.
