Overview

The Tier 2 PP Technical Support Engineer will provide high-end technical support for Netsurit clients, focusing on IT and networking solutions.

In Short

  • 3-5+ years of experience in IT & Networking
  • Formal IT qualifications, ideally Microsoft certifications
  • Proactive and reactive technical support
  • Design and implement projects based on client requirements
  • Infrastructure security analysis and reporting
  • Incident and problem management
  • Good understanding of ITIL Framework
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft technologies
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking protocols
  • Assist and mentor junior consultants

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year onsite experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Good understanding of network security
  • Experience with firewalls, managed switches, and routers
