Overview

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for auditing complex tool setups involving data validation to ensure seamless title launches on Netflix. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Conduct thorough audits of title setups for seamless launches.
• Regularly update dashboards and task management queues.
• Ensure tasks are completed within established SLAs.
• Become well-versed in the Netflix tooling ecosystem.
• Create and maintain workflow documentation.
• Action on high volume of complex tasks in a timely manner.
• Develop operational and technical expertise related to title launches.
• Work on global teams with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
• Communicate clearly and flexibly.
• Must work onsite 2-3 times a week in Makati office.

Requirements

• 5+ years in asset and/or project coordination.
• Experience in fast-paced operational environments with SLA adherence.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability.
• Adept in project tracking and task management systems.
• Ability to prioritize high volumes of concurrent tasks.
• Quick grasp of technical workflows.
• Japanese/Korean language skills are a plus.
